Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information biONN LLC (“biONN”) collects through its websites (order.bionn.io, partners.bionn.io and www.bionn.io) and how we use it. biONN serves licensed clinics and practitioners; our sites are not intended for consumers.

Information we collect

• Contact and account details: name, clinic or practice name, practitioner name, NPI number, email address and phone number.
• Order details: products and quantities, delivery method, shipping address, special instructions and payment status.
• Partner applications: the details you submit when you apply to become a biONN partner.

Payment cards. Card details are entered on our payment processor's secure checkout and processed by them. biONN does not receive or store full card numbers.

Patient information. We do not request patient information. Please do not include patient names or health information in orders or messages.

How we use it

• To process, fulfill and deliver orders
• To verify that buyers are licensed practitioners
• To send order confirmations, invoices, shipping updates and receipts
• To answer questions and provide customer service
• To keep business, tax and accounting records

Text messages

If you agree to receive text messages, we use your mobile number for order and account updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our payment processor, our CRM and messaging platform, website hosting, our fulfillment partner and shipping carriers, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies

Our sites use cookies and similar tools that are needed for them to work, and our hosting providers may collect basic usage statistics.

Security and retention

Our sites are served over encrypted HTTPS connections. We keep order and account records for as long as needed to serve your account and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

Your choices

To review, correct or delete your information, or to stop receiving messages, email orders@bionn.io. Some records must be kept to meet legal requirements.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
