Terms of Sale

Effective October 3, 2026

These terms apply to every purchase from biONN LLC (“biONN”), whether placed at order.bionn.io or by invoice. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we sell to

biONN sells only to licensed clinics, practices and healthcare practitioners in the United States. We do not sell to consumers. Each order must include the practitioner's National Provider Identifier (NPI), and we may verify licensure before an order ships. We may decline or cancel an order that does not meet these requirements; any payment for an order we cancel is refunded in full.

2. Orders and pricing

Prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown on the order page. Delivery, handling and rush fees are shown separately before you pay. Prices may change, but the price confirmed for your order is the price you pay.

3. Payment

Every order is prepaid in full before it ships. You can pay by card at checkout, or request an invoice and pay it by card or bank transfer. biONN does not offer subscriptions, auto-ship programs, free trials or recurring billing.

4. Shipping and delivery

5. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel for a full refund before your order ships. All sales are final once an order has shipped. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Professional use

Products are sold for use only by, or under the direction of, licensed healthcare professionals, in accordance with applicable law. Products may not be resold to consumers. Product information provided by biONN is intended for qualified professionals and is not medical advice.

7. Storage and handling

Once a shipment is delivered, the clinic is responsible for storing and handling the product according to its handling instructions.

8. Questions and disputes

If something is wrong with an order or a charge, please contact us first at orders@bionn.io or (801) 477-6238 so we can resolve it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page on the date of your order applies to that order.
