Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective October 3, 2026

biONN sells regenerative biologics wholesale, only to licensed clinics and practitioners. This policy applies to every order placed at order.bionn.io or by invoice.

Cancellations before shipment

You may cancel an order at any time before it ships for a full refund to the original payment method.

After shipment

All sales are final once an order has shipped. Our products are cryopreserved and temperature controlled, so they cannot be returned, restocked or resold.

Damage or loss in transit

Damage to or loss of a package while in transit is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (FedEx or UPS). biONN will provide the tracking and shipment documentation you need to file a claim with the carrier.

How to cancel

Email orders@bionn.io or call (801) 477-6238 before your order ships. Please include your clinic name and order reference.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer or bank.

No recurring charges

Every order is prepaid individually. biONN does not offer subscriptions, auto-ship programs, free trials or recurring billing.
