Shipping & Delivery Policy

Effective October 3, 2026

biONN ships wholesale orders to licensed clinics and practitioners in the United States only. We do not ship internationally and do not ship to consumers.

When orders ship

Orders ship after payment is received, normally the same or next business day. Every shipment includes tracking, which we send to the email address on your order.

Cold-chain delivery

Products are cryopreserved. Shipped orders travel overnight in a dry-ice cold-chain package from our fulfillment partner's facility in the Salt Lake City area directly to your clinic.

Delivery options

• Overnight shipping to clinics nationwide
• Shipping outside the Salt Lake City area
• Local delivery within the Salt Lake City area
• Pickup in the Salt Lake City area

Delivery, handling and rush fees are listed on the order page and on your invoice before you pay.

On arrival

Someone should be available at the clinic to receive the package. Open it promptly and move the product to storage according to the product's handling instructions.

Damage or loss in transit

Damage to or loss of a package in transit is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (FedEx or UPS). biONN will provide the tracking and shipment documentation you need to file a claim. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
